Eligibility for Returns:

Initiating a Return:
To start a return, simply contact us at info@innovateandchuckle.com. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

If you wish to exchange an item, the quickest way is to initiate a return for the item you have and then make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status for your refund. If your return is approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Keep in mind that the time it takes for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund may vary.
